| Tempting. Ooooh...now that I have DSL and am no longer dependent on VZW for internet access at home, I'd *LOVE* to switch over to an LTE aircard for use with my iPad. I have no interest in a smartphone, but an LTE Mifi would be wonderful to have when shopping, traveling, etc.
I have a grandfathered Alltel aircard account...that's right, NO 5Gb cap. The contract ends next August but it's currently being used by a family friend suffering with an extended emergency (he pays me for it, of course). LTE also isn't available in my area yet -- it missed me by 10 miles!! -- but I'm sure it's coming.
It would be very nice if this plan was around next fall. The $30/4GB plan would be awesome, especially now that we're nearly empty nesters.  |
