I come to let you know how bad is the services on »wwww.tmdhosting.com, they're some liar. I baught a cpanel services from them, before the order i asked a lot question because i didn't want to use my Visa Card on their Site. They answered the question positively and i made the payment through my card when i check the internet Banking i saw payment non authorization that they took thru my $318 instead of 46.20$ and since that no one there is available to answer. The Bank told me that only way to get the money out from them is to fill a charge back and immediately come to the bank to change everything including the card because they kept all the card infos on their system and they even did trying to take more but GOD Bless i only got that cash on it.
I'm asking you do not order from them otherwise you'll be a victim like me. Never buy from them.

Citibank's VANs (Virtual Account Numbers) are only valid at the first merchant which uses the number, and you can set both a dollar limit and an expiration date (1-11 months) for any VAN. Discover's equivalent service don't offer the same limits, but at least you don't have to replace your card and update all your online accounts if one virtual card gets compromised or misused.

If you truly went dedicated with them, the max you'd pay is $318/month and the minimum would be $159/month as per »www.tmdhosting.com/dedicated-servers.html.
You're not going to get a dedicated server for around $46/month (or at least not a good one). I have no affiliation with them so no need to play those cards.

Hello,
My name is Jonathan Taylor and I am head of Customer Relations in TMDHosting Inc.
I was very surprised to see this post here and I made detailed research for the issue.
First of all, the customer never purchased a dedicated server from us nor has been charged for such. She has purchased a shared hosting account at $46.20 per year.
Second, the customer has requested a website transfer for a website priory hosted with us and well know to our support team. The website was not suitable for shared environment and we have explained that to Ms. Pyakhina. We have suggested a high end VPS or Dedicated Server. She has declined the offer due to its cost.
We have fully refunded the customer 12 hours after she has submitted a cancellation request. The refund was for the total amount paid without any exclusions.
I do not believe that we have made a mistake here or anything that has caused troubles for her. I am not sure what made her upset to write such false posts.
If anyone has questions about the case, I would be happy to share more details.

I tend to think tmdhosting's post is right. I paid the same exact price for my site too, with the amazing package. And uptime and services have been very good. No issues and it's been a few months. Tech support on the issues i had was very quick and prompt. My site is a lot faster than hostgator, aplus.net and pacifichost.com plus the rms server is nice.
