[Help Me] wbr 2310 +wbr 1310 routers cant access utilities.

I was given a pair of routers that don't work. They are a wbr 1310 and a wbr 2310. They have the factory firmware but I don't know much more about them. When I plug them in the first, third and all the lan lights light up. I tried resetting them to factory defaults (push reset button for 15 seconds with power on) but cant access utilities. On either. I pinged them both with 192.168.0.1 and got 4 request timed out responses. Are these bricked? Is there anyway to debrick them? I researched debricking all over the web and here but haven't found anything specifically about these. Are these similar to other models in their build? I could toss them but hate to waste a nice package of technology. Thanks for any ideas.

Press and hold the reset button for certain time until you see all the LED lights turned off, then release the reset button to reboot the router. Connect one router at a time with a CAT cable, not wireless the first time to access the untility with the default IP address.
