Worst customer service ever

Very bad experience, ordered two, they send me an e-mail to reply with any changes if I want, told them i need just one, still they shipped both, no live person to talk too despite my efforts and my credit card efforts, would not recommend it because of its rude and ineffiiccit custome service personel. May be duotalk or vonage or something else.

The old adage, "You get what you pay for" applies to MJ.

When I paid $50 - $60 a month for traditional phone I expected great CS. When I had TWC digital phone, I expected great CS.

When I paid $39 for my first year of phone service I went into it knowing that CS would be very.... What's the word?... Lacking??

I figured if I could only get a month or 2 out of the service I would still be ahead.

I also did my due diligence and read many, many opinions and reviews of MJ and their CS, so I knew fully what I was getting myself into.

Well this is what you should have checked before sign up. My experience is only a few providers like Vonage, Axvoice, Packet 8 and a few more are providing some sort of live support. If you are not a tech geek, you will always be in cold waters. My suggestion is to switch to some other provider.

Your experience seems to be limited. You did not mention the cream of the crop as shown on the BBR "VoIP Reviews" page ... where many of our long-time BBR members offer their opinions on the various providers, just about all of whom have excellent reputations for customer support. Check out MagicJack's position on the list.
