I am on comcast and tracert is through nlayer.net then scnet.net to vtnoc.net. Folks that are working what is ur tracert to megatron ?

Thanks - figured through a completely diff route. I tried all of VIatalk servers, none of which work, however the only common issue is Comcast. Wonder if they are blocking ports to force people to use their voip service.

isp - I have partial service after they changed some of my adapter settings. Still missing inbound audio on incoming calls. Outbound calls ok. Haven't look at pap settings yet

It appears inbound are going to VM today. Outbound are fine.

Ok it works with inbound on my cell but I have a call that keeps going to VM.

Edit: False Alarm. Had custom Callerid was changing the name but its real Callerid was "Toll Free Call" that gets filtered to voicemail.

Wonder what changed. Never had that problem before.

Not sure what they changed but I have my own equipment. Still missing audio on inbound calls. Put pap in dmz, tried diff server. No luck.

Have you tried hightower.vtnoc.net. Its a legacy server handles voice traffic a little different than then other servers.

Put a ticket in, the more people complain it should get fixed.

I suspect that the last firmware upgrade on my wrt54g v5 did me in. I got a note that I needed to update due to DOS vulnerability. After that only hightower works. So it probably is blocking ports even though I have them open.
