Almost 11 months and still no fix, this is what they call high speed internet, more like inability to fix known issues. Its like this almost every evening and can be allday on saturdays and sundays, talk about oversold bandwidth, and to incompetent to fix it.
Well 1 year and 1 month and still not fixed why am I not suprised. I t removed the speed test in the above links for other ones I posted on their support forums or lack of support more like it. I don't think its that they can't fix it they just don't care cause they know you have no real options.
