Can my DSLline get Sonic.net Charge Pro-R DSL 3mbps service?

ticket number: 1921578

Hi, I'm just wondering if sonic.net would be able to provide me with Charge Pro-R DSL 3MBPS downstream since I no longer have a internet service with AT&T uverse?

Could you help me check if the DSL internet line is free and I could order sonic.net service and be able to use it this time?

I have disconnected my internet line with AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet on nov,1 2011. I think the AT&T dsl or uverse internet line should be free for sonic.net to use and provide me with DSL internet service by sonic.net. I want to be 100% sure that sonic.net can provide me with Charge Pro-R DSL before reordering DSL with sonic.net.

Thank You in advance!

If you are in San Francisco, you should probably be ordering our faster Fusion service, rather than the old ATT line-shared stuff. You can go here to get started:

»sonic.net/fusion/

If you've got any questions, give us a call at 707-522-1000 now.
