Incompetent Comcast new service installation from the getgo
I moved into a new house that has never had comcast service in Wilton, NH.
It took me about 2 hours to actually find someone at comcast.com who was allowed to "build" the address.
When I did, I thought all was good, but WRONG.
They scheduled an "install" on 11/9.
Now it is 11/11. Still no coax from the house to the pedestal on on the street, and all I get from comcast customer service is run around run around run around.
What's next, a complaint to the PUC?
