If you chose to port your existing AT&T number over to Verizon you do not have to call and cancel. Walk into a Verizon store, get the phone, tell them you want to port your number from AT&T, Verizon will make the port request and once the number is ported over and released from AT&T your account with them will be automatically canceled. There will be no need for you to talk to anyone. -- First Osama Bin Laden and now Steve Jobs, 2011 is turning out to be a great year afterall.
