hi i have att dsl that came with a moto 2210-02-1022 modem and a linksys wrt160n v3 router to wirelessly hook up my x box and laptop. they both connect fine but on my x box i have a strict nat type and lag horribly. ive put the modem in bridge mode and set the router to establish pppoe and now my nat is moderate and i have no lag but both my laptop and xbox get disconnected from the network at the same time in random intervals of time. dose anyone know why i have this problem with the modem in bridge mode
ok. i just put the modem back in bridge mode and used the x box for the pppoe and my nat was open and i was able to play for 2 hrs with no problems. my routers settings must be wrong. any ideas
