| Phone rings, pick up, get just an echo This has been an ongoing, intermittent problem. I don't get an incoming call; just my own echo.
The caller sometimes leaves a message which is picked up by PP.
If I try to use the phone right away I get a message "not connected to device" or something like that. I don't remember the actual message text.
I've tried IM support at PP at least twice. Maybe more but I don't remember.
I replaced my phone system w/a new model jic the problem was my telephone. It wasn't.
This is very frustrating and PP doesn't seem to have a solution.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
