Yes, I am so fed up with Earthlink. The last time this happened a couple of months ago, I swore to get my own domain and a new address, but the cost of getting new business stationery held me back. This time I have to do it. No one else that I know experiences this frequency of outages and length of outages. And, Earthlink is infamous for having the worst customer service of any providers. Any suggestions for getting my own domain would be helpful, as that is a new area for me. Thank you.
