Des Plaines, IL | wanted to say i love this i love the new docis 3.0 modem for the 30/3 and i also love how we can go in and add ports if need open or use client filter to block ports and can change the security to somthing more secure hope still let us would take some of call into wowway down for tech support thanks wowway for letting us manig the modem on our side as much as can do thansk keep up the great job and please keep thsi so dont get to meny call into wowwya tec support ever time need something changed want to say this, thanks dan for helping and respong so fast here. thansk agen dan hope keep thsi in minde to keep swhat we can change open so custamore can change sertion setting in modem so dont get to meny tech support call for change setting in new 30/3 modem and the new docis 3.0 nmodem wowway has thsi would take some of the call down when need somthign hange thansk love the new modem and how can manige the modem my self now with out calling wowway tech support or home networking tech support thanks dan for help me and putting up with me
