Re: For the envious Audi owner Performance and Mercedes? I'd take an AMG SLS any time someone wants to give me one. It's not the cover car for Gran Turismo 5 for it's looks alone. And Jeremy Clarkson said, "This is not just the greatest car Mercedes makes; right now, I think, it's the greatest car in the world."
And, really, the gullwings seal the deal making it the coolest premium brand car out there.

kudos:4 | Yes sir, it is beautiful. One of the faults of living where do, are expensive and/or rare cars don't make any appearances around here. I've never seen one in real life. I see a lot of International Harvesters around here, though. |

Nice MB brought back the Delorean doors.
which interesting enough if properly designed(and on the MB I know they are because its likely a $150k car) they can open in less space than one would need to get a normal door open enough to exit.
that said I would not take that benz to the supermarket, because of wind pushed car seeking shopping carts.

I am an Audi guy and I choose it over a 'stang any day. While american power is cool and stuff, but when standing at 5mph traffic, I enjoy the audi way more than powerful muscle car.
Just to add to flame "war"
Audi > BMW *(with few notable exceptions)

Valley Stream, NY | Yeah, a focus, with the coolest feature of footwell multi-color lights. Felt like "in the club". Exterior looked good, interior, not so much.

kudos:4 | Mercedes made them cool 7 years before Michael J. Fox was even born. The 300SL is a coveted classic, and wasn't just cool looking, it was the fastest production car of it's day. |
