The person who buys it wouldn't have the Limited Edition Features since you probably already used the online key code. The buyer would only be able to play single player as I have yet to see online codes for sale by EA yet.

I made a mistake of buying BF:BC2 LE at gamestop I did not know that the LE had the extra maps and all.
