I'm with Primus on Montreal Island, and I have noticed no such slowdowns over here at all.In fact, I notice that torrents are no longer throttled.. could have I been moved off the Bell.ca DSLAM and onto Primus's DSLAM in my C.O. recently?- stefan--Sung to the old New England Telephone Ad Jingle: " We're the only one New Eng-Lund, Hell-Ri-zon Tele-phonnnnne! "
It was not a slowdown! I'm on DSL Lite which is 1Mbps. So that DL speed was actually "good" !
