Well the reason the G2 shows H instead of H+ is because the G2 actually isn't an HSPA+ device. It only has an HSDPA 14.4 radio in it, but since its faster than HSPA 7.2 T-Mobile falsely labels it a *4G* handset. Same thing with AT&T, the only real HSPA+ handsets are Category 14 handsets which are HSPA+ 21.1
