 | Speakeasy now Megapath Speakeasy used to have awesome service and support. They became awful under COVAD. Everytime I tried to reach their support desk it was abysmal. Hours on the phone with "the wrong automated department" Megapath was absolutely the last straw. Not only could I not reach a person without extraordinary effort and wait time, I could do nothing online and was told "you have to call our support number to do that". I even had trouble cancelling the account. Absolutely unbelievably atrocious. I am now a happy camper with the previously dreaded Verizon Fios. At least I can immediately reach an online person at any time. |
