Midlothian, TX | Skybeam is not Aircanopy; They are far, far worse I'm at the point of "returning" my equipment to Skybeam in the manner of the little old lady returning her tire to Discount Tire. You remember that one; she throws it through the front window of the store.
I signed up with Aircanopy when they first entered Ellis County, Texas and for years was totally satisfied with their service and their customer service. That all changed howerver when Skybeam took over a year or so ago. No longer could I speak to someone in my community (Midlothian, TX) and receive helpful information. If I can ever reach a person after holding for an hour or so, the technician wants to argue with me when I tell him that my connection is slower than molasses in January. "It's fine, sir" was his repititious refrain. Well, it's not fine. I had fine before these people came in and destroyed a perfectly good local company. The moment that an alternative is available for my area, Skybeam will be history. Seventy plus dollars per month is too high a cost for what is essentially dial up speeds.  |
