I'm attempting to update my firmware. I have the referenced Netgear model. It's older so I haven't updated it in a while. While using the Firmware Upgrade Assistant at routerlogin.net, I get the "no internet connection" message. I have Internet and am not connected wirelessly. I'm hardwired into the router. What do I go?! I'm goin' crazy.
