kudos:11 | They fixed an OC3 problem, but that demonstrably wasn't the only factor causing your problem... definitely going to get another tech out for you. |

I need to speak to you guys about my move order. I'm really getting terrible service from tier 1. I spoke to a guy who did not allow me to get transferred over to a chatsworth rep. They stated that they cannot transfer me to a chatsworth rep from now on.
What type of protocol is this? |
