Has anyone been able to get the HiRO model H50188 modem to work with bellsouth.net DSL service? I have it configured as follows. VPI=8 VCI=35 Encapulation=PPP0E LLC
HiRO technical services insist that I have am using the wrong username or password. I have verified both and have tried the modem at another location with a different known username and password without success.
Is an advanced setting required to get it to work?
