[Servers] Dual Nic, Dual lines

Need some assistance, got an IBM x336 1U. Obviously has dual nic's and I luckily have two lines. What I'm looking to do is having everything go through the main line, however have my back up ADSL2 in port 2 for me to stricly remote in with to keep the remote in off the main line and leave it strictly for the server. Remoting in sometimes cause us a fair chunk of upstream traffic on server end, and is only 5Mb upload. Using the ADSL to remote in would leave main line for anything running on server. Thoughts?

Running Server 2008 R2 on it currently. Possibly esxi 5 in the future, want to have a look at getting this running first.

Hosts don’t like having multiple active default gateways—you’d be best served by purchasing a dual WAN router.

Unless you know how to do routing in Windows 2008, then I second Bink's comments of a dual WAN router.

Looks like it can be done with the Routing role installed. Anyone have any experience with setting up the routes within the role/Windows?
