setting up used Actiontec GT724WRG wifi modem/router

As an alternative if the at&t 2wire does not work, I bought an Actiontec GT724WRG universal compatible wifi router modem.

I got it used from ebay, it was in very good condition & was used for 9 months.

how would I go about setting it up on my 2004 delll windows xp home service pack 2 machine?

what is its IP address? & how would I work with it keeping my mac in a wired setup?
