An equally disturbing part of that news story is that the whores in Congress are working on changing the law so that robodialing telemarketers will be able to call cellphones.

They are already calling cellphones. I have filed 30+ complaints with the FCC... apart from getting stacks of paper in the mail (making USPS happy) after filing an online complaint nothing happens... The CID data is bogus so the FCC would need to pull carrier records to figure out where these calls are really coming from - I don't get any sense that this is happening - I just keep opening a complaint after each call...
