Question about Cisco RNG200N Setup

The Cisco RNG200N manual (found here: »customer.comcast.com/Pag ··· -top-Box ) in Step 7 on page 5 says:
Set up your set-top for HDTV or SDTV by completing the following steps:
• Make sure the set-top is Off and the TV is On.
• On the front panel of the set-top, press GUIDE and INFO at the same time.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to choose HD or SD mode and wide screen (16:9) or standard
screen (4:3) depending upon your TV type. See Page 11 for more information on the scan rate.
• At the conclusion of the on-screen instructions, press POWER on the set-top to begin watching TV.
Now, first of all, there is no "Guide" button on the RNG200N's front panel. Pushing "Select" and "Info" simultaneously does bring up access to 29 pages of status information, but I am curious as to how to get into the area noted above to force screen display modes?

Try pressing the HD ZOOM button on your remote (its near the bottom) when the box is off. If this does not work, press the Menu and Info button (or just the menu button) on the front of the set-top box at the same time.

You can check the version of the code on your cable box.

Using the silver remote control, press the menu button twice, then select setup, then cable box set up. Arrow down to configuration and select the "Select to Display" button.

The line at the top should begin with S25p3 and end with r-27 if you have the latest version. Not everyone does...
