Echo on East Coast Server

I am currently provisioned for the east coast server and I constantly get an echo. But I don't seem to get this on central server. On the midwest server volume seems low. Whats up with this or is this my imagination?

JackKane @covad.net	surprisingly useless advice... I'm on the midwest servers, and the volume is kinda low, but I think that's how you combat echo. I'll switch around, see what happens.
