Acanac scamming their customers.

I need not repeat or comment about Acanac internet service because practically all comments posted here are negative and thus fully represents Acanac service.
I have tried on ends to have them resolve my problem, They are a bunch of incompetent idiots. I think its time for some sort of legal action be taken against them. May be customers should approach the Ministry of Consumers Protection or some other government body.
This company collects customers money 12 months in advance to provide internet service and through their fault is unable to provide the service after one or two months, and is now reluctant to issue a refunds.
This is FRAUD.

You want help, stop with the rude name calling and then pm me with your user name, real name or phone number. Something I can pull up your acct. with. As far as your comment above on us being incompetent idiots well over 100,000 other customers don't seem to agree with you but thank you for your kind words. You see the bad on here but what you don't see is all the happy customers we have.

The frustrations experienced made me very angry(after 4 weeks trying to resolve this matter), and also, especially after dealing with many of your technicians 1 & 2 whom did not seemed to be able to diagnosed the problem, much less fixing it.
Maybe your are right I should actually give you a chance at helping. If you do help, I promise to retract my previous comments in a manner you will appreciate.
