Nope, but it doesn't affect my personal recollection. It's doubtful the content of Dobie Gillis would be of much interest to many younger people today. It is in black and white, and the shows were relatively bland. Humor was topical and much of it likely wouldn't be understood by a young viewer.
You can't relive another time, it can be researched, googled, and what not. However the humor of using the handle would indicate an older user imo.
