It is a friends router and am trying to fix it long distance. the problem is when the router is accessed to set it up it comes up wanting a binary file. I have had them do a reset numerous times. It will not come up to the log in page. What is it looking for? And what can be done to fix it. Any and all help needed for this one. TIA, MnR -- No one is listening until you make a mistake!
