Yea, I was hoping to get in on the reduced price deal also as I've already got an Blocknews account and was planning on adding another 100-200GB or so to it. Ah well, I'll still add some to it in a little while I guess but it'd been nice to get the reduced price.

Looks like some were topping up their accounts.
in essence you could save $50 by getting 10 100gb blocks over the terabyte account.

Well...new "accounts", not necessarily customers.
Like dvd536  said, many existing users were topping up their existing accounts with multiple purchases, which isnt a bad thing...but what was supposed to last until the end of the year, the set amount we had set aside was gone in a matter of a few days.
I got a few left from fraudulent / canceled sales, PM me on here through Sunday night and I will extend them to members of the site.
