[ipv6] IPV6 router with LAN devices which can do IPV6?

Have Linksys E3000 with Tomato mod firmware that has IPV6 support. I am on Cox and it is not IPV6 for my modem at this point.

I wanted to test/play with IPV6 LAN attached devices. I have a Canon network printer that supports IPV6. I can turn it on or off.

Not a whole lot to configure. It is looking to the router to assign address information.

How does this work? What settings in router? Etc.?

Check the router for 6to4, 6rd or any other Tunnel. I would check out »tunnelbroker.net/ and get a tunnel setup. This is really easy to do.

Yes, I use tunnelbroker.net. The endpoint of my tunnel is my router and my router is configured to advertise IPv6 addresses to my LAN nodes. There are tutorials and forums on he.net (Hurricane Electric is the tunnel provider) to help you understand everything and get it working.
