Cancel Acanac :(

Ordered Acanac DSL services on September 30th
Received modem around Oct 6 (Tracking Number: 797594110312)
Internet wouldn't connect after weeks of waiting, emailed on Oct 31 (Ticket #QLA-21023)
When internet finally did connect, download speeds were about 3mbps, upload 0.01mbps (Ticket #QLA-2102)
Emailed for troubleshooting, when we couldn't find a solution decided to cancel DSL and purchase the Acanac cable internet.

Emailed to cancel DSL and return modem (Ticket #VXE-7203) Told me to email them when the cable activation technician comes and installs cable.

Here's some unanswered tickets sent throughout the month asking about returning the modem: ECQ-57015, QTP-69544

Emailed them a few days ago about where I can send the modem, told me it was over their 30 day policy, no returns. What???

I have no idea what to do. I would just like the modem refund and my DSL payment.

They keep putting me in circles, I was willing to give Acanac another go with cable but now I'm just lost.

Any help?

Hey Lynn,

I received an email today (DUX-37970) about not being to refund the modem. I would`ve waited for a reply but as the cable technician is coming tomorrow to install it I want this to be fixed as soon as possible.

Is there any way you can help?
