I was wondering if its possible for me to just re-purpose my old dish network satellite or even my Hughesnet one to serve as an antenna to boost my signal for 3G.
I hate to see things go to waste and since I don't have to return the dishes since I own them, I wanted to find out if I could make use of one or both of them.
Does anyone know if this is possible. If it is, how?
reply to dib22 Thanks. It looks more complicated than I thought. I think the cost of gas along with the parts to modify would end up costing me more than $40. LOL.
So much for hoping I could make something with tinfoil and duct tape. :P
That second one looks like it requires using a Razr phone. I'm not ready to abandon my Razr v3 just yet.
