Very unstable connection ?

I've been with Acanac for almost a month now, and its been about a week that I'm having connection issues... It disconnects randomly at random moments (mostly during the day) , and to reconnect it can take 1min, 2min, up to 1h....

Is there known reason for this? Anyone else have the same issue? I live in MTL, I download lot of torrents.

I use a TP-Link TD-W8960N , 2computers, 1wireless, 1 wired, i tried different phone jacks of the house and seems they all do the same thing ....

If someone could help plz I'm not sure if its from Acanac/Bell or its from me?
