Quite honestly I had hoped to not return to this forum. That is because WS actually fixed my problem 5 months ago! You can view my original post at:

When WS fixed my issue, they told me I would not face this problem again because my street now had far more bandwidth available than we could possibly consume. It has been a short 5 months and my speed is now suffering again!!!
That said... here goes another post with screenshots!

i feel your pain bro, windstream has yet again sold more DSL then they can provide so we as customers have to pay for something they can not provide us..
perhaps one day someone can file against windstream and bring down the money hungry AH at the top so we can enjoy decent Internet service.. |

My measly 3mb DSL line does this every afternoon to the point of being unusable. Modem loses sync 5-6 a night requiring a reboot / power off. |
