iPhone App not Changing Channels

I have the RNG110 cable box and I set up my Xfinity iPhone app on my iPhone 4 yesterday. The box was recognized and everything seemed to work and I could change channels.

Last night, when I tried to use it to change channels, I received the following error message: "We're sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred". Same error today and I receive the error on my iPhone, my iPad, and on my computer.

I tried turning everything on and off, but no luck. Has anybody else seen this?

Try logging out of the app and back in.

You need to call comcast when that happens. Or at least I did.

Yep, after trying everything every combination of logging in/logging out, reboots and restarts, I ended up calling Comcast and all is well for now.
