Last night, when I tried to use it to change channels, I received the following error message: "We're sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred". Same error today and I receive the error on my iPhone, my iPad, and on my computer.
I tried turning everything on and off, but no luck. Has anybody else seen this?
You need to call comcast when that happens. Or at least I did.--
