Found out that I was not getting the extra year and there was no charge to my credit card account. Went to "chat" with MJ's "award winning" tech support and found out that my account is under REVIEW? I JUST installed this product. How can my account be under review? I did some digging and found out that MJ seems to do this quite often for no reason. So.... goodbye MJ hello NetTalk. |

The only time I have heard of accounts being "reviewed" were for violating their very vague excessive use rules. Just be aware that per the NetTalk forum that they just reduced their monthly allowed minutes from 5,000 to 3,000 so if you plan on using it a lot, that option may not work either. |

 | reply to samuelsong I would advise you to wait a little more. There might be some genuine problem. If you believe you have to leave Magic Jack, you should consider Axvoice, Ooma or Packet 8. These companies have a better after sales support department. |
