VPN Connection

I met a problem related to VPN connections.

OS: winXP
remote access app: Checkpoint remote access client

problem:

Can not visit shared folder, Exchange server using one user account. but other user's account can visit shared folder and Exchange Server in this computer. This user account can visit share folder and exchange server in other computers.

Could you help me how I can resolve this problem?
