Cherry Hill, NJ | Cisco RNG200N support Does anyone know how to reboot the Cisco RNG200N without unplugging it? With my old SA box, I could press certain buttons on the front of it to reboot it. Does anyone know the best way to reboot the RNG200N? |

1 edit | On the SARA guide and earlier set-top boxes, you could do a forced reboot using the following instructions.
You can try this on the Cisco RNG200N set-top box and see if it works.
Forced Reboot (without unplugging unit).
On front of box, press/hold both VOL+ and VOL- , then press INFO.

Lebanon, PA | The Factory reboot menu has Nothing to do with what Software is used on the STB. it is hard coded into the STB. |
