 | Cancelled Acanac, CC still billed Has anyone had a re-billed issue after cancellation? I cancelled with Acanac and the reply confirmation said they disabled the auto-renew. Alas, my CC was billed this month. Contacted billing last week, no response. Is there a direct number to billing??? |

 | You have to email billing, they don't do phone support for that: billing@acanac.com |

 | The only way to cancel is thru emailing billing. So yes this was already done. Like i said i got a confirmation email saying they disabled the auto-renew and I was assured no more payments will be withdrawn. Obviously there is a serious issue with the internal billing department system. This is not professional.
I got an apology response on my ticket this morning, and they said they will cancel my account (again?) with a refund. I am waiting for my CC statement to reflect this refund...
Frustrating... |

 | Give a free month of service! Acanac is soo stingy with refunds/feebies/credits. A few free months of service to upset customer would go a long way to appease everyone. |

For your information Rajinder credits are issued when warranted. Forum reps do not give credits. We have no access to billing files. That would go through the billing department. |
