[Connectivity] Some sites not loading? Louisville, KY
Is anyone having issues reaching certian websites? I have a couple that i am having issues with tonight. I did a trace route to one of the sites and it appears the connection is lost at Level3.

Yes I have changed my dns servers from the insight ones to 4.2.2.1, 4.2.2.2 and the dns servers from Open DNS and all still have trouble accessing the site.
I tried from my tablet and have the same issues so I know it's not just my desktop computer. I had a friend in New Albany who is on insight test and they can't access it either.

Ran some DNS tests online against the domain and they all are saying it doesn't exist or they don't match. I get a different IP than what you show. My guess is they are either gone or moving to a new host.

Sounds like maybe they did switch hosts and their ip address changed and the dns servers you were using had not received the updated record yet. Are you still having trouble with it? From all the connections I can test from using various dns servers I don't have any problem reaching the site including testing from my personal insight connection. -- -Singular
reply to Bamafan2277 I submitted the trace routes to the Insight NOC on tuesday and they submitted it to level 3. Apparently level 3 had some routing issues for a few websites. Another guy I work with could not access the site and his trace routes died at the same place but other people can get to it. Either way they resolved it so I am happy! Now if I could get cheaper rates lol
