Palmyra, IN | [Internet]Pricing-Please tell me this is an error/Palmyr, IN I just got my Insight bill. For the period 11/30/11 - 12/29/11, they are charging me $200.00 a month for the 50 meg service on top of the $40 for the 10 service. It has been an additional $50 per month. Someone please tell me this is wrong. If not, I will be switching back to 10.0 service. |

Re: [Internet]Pricing-Please tell me this is an error/Palmyr, IN It was some kind of error according to customer service. The very nice rep had to check with accounting to see what my rate really should be. Turns out it isn't changing...not yet anyway. They already adjusted my bill. |
