The DMV is not sending out early renewal notices for your vehicle registration. I paid 200 dollars in "Late" fees, others are similar. Check your tags today!

Hmm, that must have been why I received my renewal notice 3 months early, sneaky DMV.
I highly doubt this is being done on purpose, given the number of notices sent out every year, even a 1% error will give you a massive amount of "evidence" that something is going on. |

Even if you are late from your own fault...such as being behind 4+ months...you local DMV supervisor can reduce or in my case eliminate the late fee.

I had an eye infection 2 weeks before my registration was due on June 30...so I showed that $1,500.00 bill to the supervisor at the SC DMV and the late fee's were waived.
