ed2417 join:2009-05-30 Miami, FL | Does anyone understand ATT usage display? My billing cycle starts the first of the month. My past usage displays as of the 11th of each month. My current month's weekly usage displays as of the 16th of the month and is delayed by 4 days. Current month usage will not be displayed after the start of a new billing cycle, so for this month, they will display only one number for weekly usage.
Anyone got a handle on this? Has anybody addressed this with ATT? |

| Thank you.
Unfortunately, it still gives me this: "Note: Your usage is not yet available for display. You should not be concerned about your usage for billing purposes. AT&T will keep you informed about your data usage via email."

 | reply to timcuth Same here up in Ohio, and AT&T will be more then willing to verbaly say such, but if you press the office of the president for that statement in writting, they say just print out the message/take a screenshot. Yea like that will hold up in court. |

 | reply to ed2417 I seriously doubt anyone at AT&T even understands the ATT usage display? AT&T's motto is "do as we say, not as we do". |

 | reply to timcuth www.att.com/internet-usage - to check broad band usage..usually it will give you the message "Note: Your usage is not yet available for display. You should not be concerned about your usage for billing purposes. AT&T will keep you informed about your data usage via email" if you havent reached halfway of your BB usage cap... |

 | reply to ed2417 I've been getting this message for about two months
USGP550: We are sorry, but we are unable to display your Internet usage at this time. Please try again later.
October was perhaps the last month I was able to check on my bandwidth usage. I don't even bother checking anymore. |
