 | Useless billing department I am a current Acanac customer who wanted to gift my brother (who lives away from me) 1 year promo of internet service. I called sales, the lady was helpful and I made the payment for the 1 year dsl. I told her how I wanted to gift my brother the service as a surprise and thus gave my email but his contact/billing and address info. Sales told me no problem, I'll put it in the notes.
About 1 day later, i get an email from the billing department saying only one promo per address/client. I called sales and they said it was upto billing. After emailing billing, they kept saying no, they can't. Over a email address, I could not get my brother the internet at the promo price. So what did I do, cancel. It is such a simple thing, because I already have cable internet at my home, why can't I order dsl for my brother at his home. He's a new customer? Plus your Billing department doesn't read my emails to them. In addition, the feedback department does nothing but say sorry for the inconvenience. I want to speak to the CEO/President or owner. They have rules to follow same as anyone else at their job and they can not change them. One per name or address means exactly that. | |
