Philadelphia, PA | Can't Connect via Broadband Connection Wireless on the 7500 works fine. Problem is I get an error message "Error 651: The modem has reported an error" when trying to connect via the wired ethernet connection which I use for improved video buffering. Already been thru the usual rigamarole with Verizon support and googling the error finds hundreds with the problem but no soilution. Anyone know if there is a modem setting that needs to be changed? |
