If you're going slow check your dsl/cable modem's stats(says how to in manual), if your stats are good and you're still going slow, that's because of congestion on Bell/Rogers' network which can be complained about.
If your line stats are bad and you're not reachiung yor profile speed, even when plugged into the demarc box, you could complain, however Bell/Rogers may charge you... even if they don't improve the line...

At first I was like, aww only 2.484 faster, but then I discover... I can push through a total of 29.5/1.6.
Router's graph is buggy, speed only dipped to 25 for few seconds once. |
