Westell 7500 with Xfinity Cable Modem

Hi
Can anyone help me out step by step how to connect the Westell 7500 with my comcast/xfinity cable modem.

Ive tried all tutorials/steps online, and I cannot get a internet connection.

I already turned on versaport to wan uplink. routed ip. tunneling off. still no connection!

somebody help me please
