[T-Mobile] A question regarding tmobile g2 /desire z

I have got unlock code from tmo. However whenever i enter a sim card that is not from tmo i got the message and had to enter the code. Is there a solution for permanent unlocking. This can be very annoying since i swap the sim cards often.
